Order Cancellation
Original Artwork: You may cancel an order for an original artwork piece within 24 hours of placing it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us through our Contact Form as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Prints: Print orders are sent to production immediately upon purchase and cannot be canceled once placed.
Returns & Refunds
Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except for cancellations made within the 24-hour window above.
Prints: All print sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, including size, color variation, or change of mind.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
Prints: If your print arrives misprinted or damaged inside its packaging, contact us with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll assess the issue case-by-case and work to make it right.
Original Artwork: If your original artwork arrives lost or damaged in transit, this is handled through the shipment's insurance rather than as a store refund. All original artwork ships with insurance covering at or above the item's purchase price. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can help guide you through filing that claim.
