Shipping Fees
Original Artwork: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Prints: Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the size of the print and your destination. Prints currently ship via the lowest-cost method available for your location.
Prints are created on demand when you place your order rather than kept pre-made in stock, which helps cut down on unnecessary waste.
Processing Time
Original artwork is prepared and packed for shipping within 5 business days of your order. Small pieces ship in a photo mailer for protection against bending; larger pieces ship in a tube or box with appropriate padding.
Prints are sent to production immediately and processing time will vary depending on the print fulfillment partner used for your order.
Shipping Times
Delivery time generally runs 3–15 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control. If something seems off with your delivery, please reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
Domestic Shipping Estimates
United States shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
International Shipping Estimates
International shipping can take up to 15 business days or longer, depending on destination and customs processing. This is a general estimate, not a guarantee.
Tracking & Insurance
All orders include tracking, provided once your order ships. Tracking estimates come from the courier and are estimates only — use your tracking number for the most accurate, up-to-date status.
Original artwork ships with insurance covering at or above the item's purchase price. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the claim is handled through the shipment's insurance. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can help guide you through filing that claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address can safely receive packages. If you're unsure your location is secure for deliveries, consider shipping to an address where you can confidently receive packages.
Customs Fees & Duties
International shipments do not include any additional handling fees, VAT, import tax, broker fees, or customs duties. These charges are assessed by your destination country and determined at their discretion — UK and EU customers in particular should take note. These fees are not included in the sale or shipping price, and you may be responsible for unexpected costs on delivery.
