You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an Order through the Site. By placing an Order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our Goods, including product photos, sizing, and material details. However:

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen than in person, due to monitor and device variation.
  • Original artwork is one-of-a-kind; once sold, that specific piece is no longer available.
  • Prints are produced on demand. Sizing, bleed, and material details are listed on each product page — please review them before ordering, as these affect framing and display.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform, Shopify, and its supported payment providers.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on this Site are the original work of Captain Erica (Erica Franz) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing an original piece or print conveys ownership of that physical object only — it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to use the image commercially.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any artwork or content on this Site without our prior written permission. This includes scanning, photographing for resale, or using images in print-on-demand or merchandise products.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers connected to it;
