Shipping Fees
ORIGINAL DRAWINGS: Unless otherwise noted in the listing, shipping is free worldwide.
PRINTS: Shipping charges depend on the individual size of the item and is determined by the fulfillment agency* used for that given print.
*Please be aware that to protect against unnecessary waste I do not pre-order prints. All prints, unless otherwise noted, are created on-demand when you place your order and are drop-shipped from the fulfillment agency.
Shipping Times
Due to many factors related to the Covid pandemic I cannot personally guarantee specific delivery dates and/or times. If delivery of your artwork is time sensitive, please contact me and I'll try my best to help; this may involve an extra shipping fee for expedited post.
While I am based in the United States, shipping delays have intermittently affected us globally due to Covid-19 and downstream factors.
I understand that delays can be frustrating, please note that I do everything possible to make sure your artwork arrives as quickly and safely as possible. However, I cannot provide you with any guarantees regarding delivery times.
When your artwork is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking code with an estimated time of arrival. This is provided by the courier delivery service used to post the artwork. It is important to note that this is an estimate only and you should use the tracking number to receive more accurate updates and information regarding the delivery of your artwork.
Captain Erica cannot take any responsibility for delays caused by couriers and shipping agents.
Domestic Shipping Estimates for Originals
United States shipping times after posting generally takes 2-7 business days.
International Shipping Estimates for Originals
As a general guide, shipping from the United States to Europe takes up to 3 weeks. This is only a general estimate and not a guarantee.
Shipping Original Drawings
Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare and pack an original drawing for shipping is up to 5 business days.
Small drawings are shipped in a photo mailer to protect against bending or damage.
Larger drawings are shipped in a tube or box with appropriate protections.
General Shipping Information
As soon as I ship your order you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking details and delivery estimate.
Buyers are responsible for shipments once they enter the postal service and I am not responsible for delays, damage or loss during shipping; however, I will work with you to try to resolve any situations that may arise.
Please check your delivery address and make sure your artwork can be delivered safely at your end. If you can't be sure of this please consider having the item(s) shipped to another location that you can receive packages at with confidence.
Customs Fees & Duties
Shipments outside of the United States do not include charges for any additional handling, VAT, import tax/broker/customs/duty fees.
These fees are assessed directly by your own country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion; *UK and EU customers in particular take note.
Please take these charges into account when placing an order as these are not included in the sale or shipping price and you may find yourself with unexpected costs on delivery.
