Conjoined Twins

In the two decades I trained horses, I noticed a strange habit when two horses would become bonded. Despite having two brains, a bonded pair of horses often behaved as if they had less than a single brain to share between the two of them. More reactive, less secure, constantly feeding off one another's energy. I never noticed a pair of confident horses pair-bonding, only those that were insecure to begin with.

Each other's safety blanket. Operating at maximum delusion.
